[BioC] CpG islands

Hi everybody,
In the next weeks we will  start a new  about methylation with agilent
CpG island array. Have you faced with these kind of arrays? There is
any specific statistical package? Or at least some papers to look up
about the experimetal design ,strategy of Analysis and so on!
