[Bioc-devel] build problem in package GSAR

The issue has already been fixed and that should be reflected in Sunday's build report. Recent emails to R-devel have discussed the problem, which is related to a new toolchain for building windows packages, intended to be used with the soon-to-be-released R-3.3.0.
