[R-wiki] R Wiki restructuration - please, add nothing before new structure!

I am retructuring completelly the Web site. Please, stop edition of all 
current pages: they will be lost in the new version!

The new structure is a personal interpretation of the proposed 
organization (namespaces have to be short names otherwise they are 
difficult to use). As usual, this is still subject to further discussion.

Remember: the structure is not frozen until the end of the month, and a 
second big restructuration is already planned (if needed) before we 
release the R Wiki site!
