[R-wiki] R Wiki - new structure

OK, this is it! I reworked completely the site. I did some adaptation to
the proposed scheme. Indeed, we forgot to consider that names should
preferably be as short as possible. For instance, I did not renamed
rtips pages, but their names are probably too long!

There is still no sidebars, but I made a '0_introduction' page for each
major section, with a table of content. When I try the site, it appears
that it is not a good idea, because you have a lot of pages of the same
name ('0_introduction') in the "breadcrumbs" at top of the page, just
behind the top toolbar. It makes it difficult to follow the path. We
will have to use more explicit names for these tables of content.
Perhaps using the same name as the section should be fine?

Also, I think that there is one level too much in
'snippets:tips:section'... page paths become verrry long! (too much?)

I have flush the whole cache and revision control, but I have of course
a backup (just in case we need it).

Ok, we give another try, and we refine the structure for the end of the
month. Thanks to all those who give a hand here.

The site is open again for changes and additions.

Best,

Philippe Grosjean
