[R-sig-ME] Model selection with gamm

Dear list,

I am doing model selection with gamm (Gamma GAM with AR1 autocorrelation 
calling to glmmPQL) but do not really know how to proceed. I have no 
random effect in my model. Would anybody have some tips?
