[R-SIG-Mac] Catalina Crashes R

       I have 10.15.4, and I don't notice any serious problems.  I just 
did "install.packages('KernSmooth')" and "help(pac='KernSmooth')" to 
look at the DESCRIPTION file, without a problem.
