If you upgraded R or used a custom package path before, you'll have to
remove your JGR preferences
rm ~/.JGRprefsrc
and re-try. If that doesn't help, please run JGR from the command line
(Terminal) as follows and post the output:
/Applications/JGR.app/Contents/MacOS/JGR
