[R-SIG-Mac] lib location different between GUI and terminal?

I did not do anything of the sorts, unless it was subconsciously, I  
had just freshly installed 2.7.0
Could it be accidentally set somehow? Through the package installer  
menu?
Just wild guesses here ...
