[R-SIG-Mac] missing History icon in toolbar

I would guess that the user on that machine has removed it from the  
toolbar (or to put it the other way round: the preferences tell R to  
not show it). Remove (or copy the same) preference file (~/Library/ 
Preferences/org.R-project.R.plist) to get the same look (whichever you  
prefer).
