[R-SIG-Mac] help2man problem installing R-2.3.0 from source

Well, it seems that it was only because I was using gcc 4.0 (because of
XCode 2.2.1, I suppose). After doing sudo gcc_select 3.3 everything went
well (including tkrplot, for which i had problems too :) ).
