The corresponding tcltk libraries for /usr/local are included in the  
Mac R CRAN distribution, so all you have to do is to enable it during  
installation. If you don't want to bother you can also install it  
separately - it's tcltk.pkg in the Packages folder.

If you want to use a different version you may need to recompile R.
