[R-SIG-Mac] mouse movement needed to trigger command - a bug?

Andreas,

That should not be the the case. In the past (before version R-2.x.x) I
have seen this behaviour, on Panther while running the GUI from
inside Xcode.

Which version of R and Mac OS are you using? Vanilla install?
