[R-SIG-Mac] Problem with tkrplot and affylmGUI

More precisely: the link statement should be something like

/usr/local/bin/gcc -dynamiclib -L/usr/local/lib -o tkrplot.dylib
tcltkimg.o -L/usr/local/lib -ltcl8.5 -L/usr/local/lib -ltk8.5
-L/usr/X11R6/lib -lX11 -lXss -lXext -framework R

and in R/tkrplot you make

        file.ext <- ".dylib"

in the function .First.lib
