You can safely ignore the error - the install script is trying to  
*restrict* the permissions of that file, but since you're not the  
owner, it's not possible. This is ok, because on OS X we want admins  
to have write-permission for that file to allow updates. We may want  
to remove that step for OS X admin installs..
