[R-SIG-Mac] Trouble installing g77 3.4.2 and tcltk packages in 2.1.1

I suspect this is bug of the g77 dmg that has been reported  here (and
solved) before; I would not know about tcl/tk.

Try, form command line to install the g77 package with sudo:

sudo installer -pkg g77.pkg target / [double check on the list archives]
