[R-SIG-Mac] Updated R.dmg Image for R-1.9.1

Simon kindly repacked the R.dmg for me and just the file (not the web 
page) was updated on CRAN. This is due to the fact that I'm having hard 
trouble with internet connection and I'll be still blocked for a week 
or so.
I'll update the web page when I'm back.
