[R-SIG-Mac] Updated R.dmg Image for R-1.9.1

Thank you for setting this in order.  It would be helpful to have a 
clear indication on the web page (perhaps by maintaining a "latest 
information" file that currently would have the information that is 
contained in the email message) when the new version has appeared.  
(The web page still says that it was last updated on June 26.) The 
2004/07/03 version has appeared only today on the aarnet mirror.  
However I could not tell, until I copied it down and checked the date, 
that I was in fact copying down the July 3 version. I'd been through 
this process a couple of times earlier, only to find that I has the 
pre-July 3 version. The web page still says that it was last modified 
on June 26.
