[R-SIG-Mac] todays R-1.8.0 package (problems)

1. It creates g77-v3.4.bin.tar in the root directory. Toss this.

2. It creates a folder Frameworks in the root directory,
containing the Tcl and Tk frameworks. Move these
frameworks to /Library/Frameworks and toss the Frameworks
folder in /.

3. tcltk.so in the Darwin version is compiled with AquaTclTk.
In the next version I'll replace it with an X11 version.
