[R-SIG-Mac] R-1.8.0.dmg.gz on gifi

I removed today's version, because it had permission problems and could
not write to various places. It required a restart, but no root  
authorization.
That's fixed (I hope). To compensate for the inconvenience, I replaced  
R-1.8.0
by R-1.8.0-patched, I added the Darwin and the Aqua versions of Tcl/Tk  
8.5,
and g77-3.4. Tomorrow's version will be on gifi tomorrow. It's about
170MB.
