[R-sig-Debian] getting the Debian pgp key --more detail

Hum, this just worked for me... Are you behind some sort of firewall or proxy?

In any case, not having the key does not preclude you from installing the 
packages... if you reasonably trust the CRAN mirrors that is. ;-)
