Hi Uwe,

Deleting the blank line and resubmitting to rhub indicates that the problem has been fixed.

You are right that the extra blank line did not cause a problem before, specifically on 2019-01-09. Mystifying!

However, hopefully all good now.

Looks like you have an extra line between YEAR and COPYRIGHT HOLDER?
Simply omitting that should solve the issue.

Nevertheless, I do not believe you had a lot trouble getting this to
CRAN in the past.
