[R-pkg-devel] r-hub failing?

Hi Ben,

the first error is because of GitHub rate limiting, I'll fix it soon, please see
https://github.com/r-hub/rhub/issues/193

The second should be temporary, some hiccup in the internal scheduler,
please let me know if it comes up again.
