[R-pkg-devel] Submitting CORELS (Certifiably Optimal Rule Lists) package with Windows support

Hi,

I am trying to submit an R interface for CORELS (Certifiably Optimal Rule
Lists). However, I've had a lot of difficulty getting this to compile and
run on Windows. In its current state, it compiles on Windows but crashes
when I try to run it. Am I able to submit this without Windows support, or
could somebody help us with supporting Windows?
