[R] Errors --> Windows 8- R version 3.2.1

Errrr,

1. urls need to be ull qualified including the protocol such as
"http://www.facebook.com"
2. filenames are relative to the current working directory, if they are 
not in the current working directory, secify the full path.

3. read.csv() cannot read docx files....
