Read the rw-FAQ.  No binary package is available, so you need to install 
from the sources.  That will work on 32-bit Windows, only (and CRAN does 
not distribute 32-bit-only packages).

There is some light at the end of this tunnel: a deadline has been set 
for a working rggobi update, and some progress has been made.
