[R] package ‘rggobi’ is not available (for R version 2.15.0)

I am having problems installing package rggobi. I have spent days reading
other people's questions about this topic but could not get any useful info
out of previous answers. I am running 32-bit Windows 7 and have successfully
installed GGobi version 2.1.8.  

My error looks like this:

> install.packages('rggobi')
Installing package(s) into ‘C:/Users/cprice00c/Documents/R/win-library/2.15’
(as ‘lib’ is unspecified)
Warning message:
package ‘rggobi’ is not available (for R version 2.15.0) 

Any help would be extremely appreciated. Thanks.
