[R] Is R-help gatewayed into usenet?

Does anyone know if the r-help mailing list is gatewayed into a usenet 
mailing list. (S-news is available as  aus.stats.s  and perhaps 
elsewhere).

Replies to me.  I'll summarize if there is any response.
