[R] compilation problem on linuxppc

Under RedHat, header files are provided in a separate "devel" package.
If Linuxppc is a RedHat derivative then they have probably kept
this convention. Try looking for a package called "XFree86-devel"
or something like it.

Alex Buerkle kindly provides RPMS for Linuxppc 5.0, which you will find
on CRAN. You might find this easier if you are having trouble rolling
your own. In particular, you don't need any "devel" packages installed.
