I have tried both ways, and when working on packages, I use TortoiseSVN
which uses my SSH key (since I never remember the password anyway).
I then tried connecting to the web page from my phone. This failed when
I was connected to WiFi. So, I turned off the WiFi and tried again. I
got through to the web page using mobile data on the 5G phone network.
That makes it sound very much like my ISP is blocking the site for some
reason.
So, I called the ISP and reported the problem. They didn't absolutely
confirm that they were at fault, but their representative (I think)
tried and failed to connect. So he put in an order to their back-end
team asking them to make sure it was unblocked. Of course, that will
take 12-24 hours before it goes through, So I'll have to wait until
tomorrow afternoon.
Thanks for your help,
Kevin
