[Rd] R-Forge status

[Kevin R. Coombes]

Hello,

For the last couple of days (at least), I am unable to connect to
r-forge.r-project.org.

Is R-Forge down for scheduled maintenance?
Down for unscheduled repairs?
Down permanently?
Any ideas about when it will be back?

Should I start preparing to move the R packages that I maintain and they
host over to GitLab?

Thanks for any updates you can provide.
