R-1.3.0 RPM for Mandrake 8.0

An RPM of R-1.3.0 for Mandrake 8.0 is available on CRAN.
I am no longer supporting Mandrake < 8; anyone needing
an RPM for Mandrake < 8 can quite easily build it
(contact me if you need instructions).
