Not so fast:

   edd at ron:~> dpkg -L ess | grep rutils
   /usr/share/emacs/site-lisp/ess/ess-rutils.el
   edd at ron:~> 

As I said once before, I package what is in SVN. That includes ess-rutils.el
(or else it would be hard for it to fail compilation by XEmacs).  Seb seems
to not have added it to the Makefile but that is being rectified, and
presumably not a concern here.
