Hi Quian and Martin,

If I remember correctly, however, libgsl-0.dll is not part of the GSL for
Windows that you get from http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/gsl.htm
(libgsl-0.dll is part of the Cygwin version). So even if you were to
follow the instructions, you might not get things to work. If that is the
case, you might need to copy libgsl.dll as libgsl-0.dll.
