[BioC] how could be the genes annotated using bioconductor, whose genelist contatining database is not present in the bioconductor.

Hello friends,

my question is:

how could be the genes annotated using bioconductor, whose genelist
contatining database is not present in the bioconductor.

as i am working on toxoplasma gondii smd data and there is no database
related to that. how could i do annotation to this kind of data.
