[BioC] Oligo properties calculator

Hello all,

I've been searching without success for a R/Bioconductor package that
can take a sequence of a primer/oligo and give me statistics such as
melting temperature, self-complementarity, dimer formation
probability, etc. For a single sequence I often use this site:
http://www.basic.northwestern.edu/biotools/oligocalc.html, but for
batch R-based calculations this is not feasible.

Does anyone know where I could find such a package?
