[BioC] Cross Platform Array Mapping

Hi

if I had some human chip array results eg:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/data/annotation/html/hu6800.db.html

How does one map the probes to other human chip platforms like:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/data/annotation/html/hu35ksubc.db.html
or
http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/data/annotation/html/hu35ksubb.db.html

and even in mouse:
http://bioconductor.org/packages/2.6/data/annotation/html/moe430b.db.html

Are there tools in bioconductor that does a cross platform mapping from chip to chip of the same species or even different species
