[BioC] filetr to Agilent 4 x 44 array

HI all,
    I remeber that when I worked with affy chip , removing those genes
that appear not to
be expressed in either sample, value smaller than 6.
I was wondering if I can apply a similar filter to Agilent 4 x 44 gene
expression arrays.
