[BioC] HTqPCR - how to read data file with multiple samples

Hello Marco,

this feature is not available in HTqPCR 1.1.0, the release version.  
If you use a newer version, available either from the BioConductor  
development repository or http://www.ebi.ac.uk/bertone/software.html  
they'll be a parameter n.data in readCtData().

NB: Technically this is for the R devel version, but at least on my  
computer it works with R-2.10.0.
