I have found dealing with the Affy 1.0 ST chips a bit difficult and have yet to get our systems mavens to get xps functional on our big computer. I was wondering whether Illumina chips present similar challenges and how easy it is to install and use Bioconductor packages in the Illumina world. Is this easy or hard? Sincerely, Tom
