[BioC] Any package for time course microarray data analysis?

Hi Steve,

Have a look at http://bioinfo.cipf.es/aconesa/research2.html and then the Asca-genes package  (Nueda et al., 2007). Paper can be found at http://bioinformatics.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/btm251v1
