[BioC] Problems with EBImage installation

Dear Perry,

According to a forum, this issue is related to ImageMagick which is now 
built with Visual C++ 2008 and requires external VC++ 2008 components to 
be run (!!).

The Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package can be downloaded 
here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=9b2da534-3e03-4391-8a4d-074b9f2bc1bf&displaylang=en
Just install it and EBImage will work fine.

It is a bit unfortunate that one should download compiler-specific 
components to use a redistributable library !! This is not the first 
time that ImageMagick brings a lot of troubles...
