[BioC] annotate incompatible with RdbiPgSQL !?!

version:

package.version("geneplotter") => "1.22.0"
package.version("Rdbi") => "1.8.0"
package.version("RdbiPgSQL") => "1.18.0"
package.version("DBI") => "0.2-4"
