[BioC] smooth correlation from genespring

Is there any equivalent of "Smooth correlation" from GeneSpring in Bioconductor. I took a look at all modules but it is a huge job since there are so many...
Here is the description given by Genespring:
Similarity between gene A and B
Make a new vector A from a by interpolating the average of each consecutive pair of elements of a. Insert his new value between the old values. Do this for each pair of elements that would be connected by a line in the graph window. Do the same to make a vector B from b.
Smooth correlation = A.B/(|A||B|)
