[BioC] GO.db constants and oneGOgraph

I have two lists of GO terms and I want to figure out the overlap
between these two. So far I have found GOstats and the commands simUI
and oneGOgraph. However, the latter one requires an environment. I
understand that I should probably use a PARENTS environment. However,
I am not able to figure out the difference between the PARENTS and the
ANCESTOR environments.
