Hi list,
I am trying to do some reordering-subsetting of a beadarray object
(ExpressionSetIllumina) after having summarized the bead level data but
I get an error, when I did the same in lumi it worked fine:
 >RC_sum
ExpressionSetIllumina (storageMode: list)
assayData: 26821 features, 8 samples
.....

 >RC[1,]
ExpressionSetIllumina (storageMode: list)
assayData: 1 features, 8 samples
.....
 >RC[,1]
Error: subscript out of bounds
