[BioC] hmCEU_YRI_chr22_Foundersfbat.ped file for GeneticsBase

Dear Mailing List,

I am looking for the files:

hmCEU_YRI_chr22_Foundersfbat.ped
hmCEU_YRI_chr22_ALLfbat.ped

which are used in the GeneticsBase package and tutorial.

I've searched in the Bioconductor data experiment data
http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/experiment/
on Greg Warne's page:
http://www.warnes.net/GregsSoftwareLinks

When I use what's suggested in the tutorial
I get an error:
Warning: unable to access index for repository 
http://www.warnes.net/bioc2007/src/contrib

I'm very sure these files are under my nose; but I can't get them. Any 
hints?
