Hi, folks, Has anybody done any comparison between Affymetrics and Nimblegen? It seems that there is more packages for Affymetrics in Bioconductor but not that much for Nimblegen. Should I stick with Affymetrics or Nimblegen? Thank you very much! Nicole --
