[BioC] Package for Illumina Human CNV 370 data

Hi All,

I am trying to find out if there are any specific packages in Bioconductor to analyze SNP data from the Illumina Human CNV370v1. The data includes information about:

1) SNP-ID
2) Sample-ID
3) Chr No.
4) Chromosome Position
5) Allele frequency
6) Log R Ratio

I would appreciate if anyone could recommend a package/pacakges in Bioconductor that could analyze this kind of data. The main aim is to identify regions with LOH.
