[BioC] Spearman confidence

Hello All,

I have been reading (although very limited) details about Spearman  
confidence which is a measure of similarity of two entities rather  
than a correlation, and would like to attempt to apply it to some data  
using R.  Whilst I can calculate the spearman correlation coefficient  
using the stats package and cor.test or cor in R, I am not having any  
luck to calculate the spearman confidence.  Any tips would be greatly  
appreciated.
