[BioC] build of bioconductor on R 2.6.1 on mac os 10.5

Using source will fix the issue.
Having said that I am baffled at this because the builds are supposed
to be universal binaries.... I have a friend who have the same
problem on an Intel Macbook running Tiger when he uses pkgType =
"mac.binary"
